The GoPro app is the quickest, easiest way to update your camera–all you need is a smartphone or tablet and access to Wi-Fi. You can also use the app to control your camera remotely, view your photos and videos and share on the fly.

• Download the webcam driver (zip, 5MB) and extract the included dll, for instance on your Windows desktop. Open a command prompt with administrator privileges. Enter 'cd Desktop' in the command prompt. Enter 'regsvr32 cscamsource.dll'. The GoPro webcam driver is now installed.
