Unfortunately Hitex is not providing support of any kind or even any information about the x51 and its combination with uVision any more (because x51 driver for uVision is considered to be out-dated and discontinued product). Hitex Development Tools says TESSY version V3.1.9 now supports National Instruments LabWindows/CVI (version 2013 and later). TESSY is a tool for automated unit / module / integration testing of embedded software. Unit and module tests are usually required for safety-critical software according to safety-related standards like IEC 61508. Hitex: Your Embedded Systems Partner. The Hitex X51 Emulator Driver allows you to use the �Vision Debugger to control the Hitex Emulator for the 8051 family of devices. This driver/emulator combination supports a large number of 8051-compatible parts.

Download and install this driver. When you configure debugging, the option Hitex X51 Driver for �Vision2 will be available. Select this option for debugging and the �Vision Debugger will connect to your Hitex Emulator when you begin your debug session.
